Awesome idea. How does it work with WordPress exactly? Is it a page template, a landing page, or something else?

It uses get_header hook. If current user should see the card it parses a custom template and then dies to prevent "normal" WP stuff from happening. We tried doing it with "normal" page templates but that requires some cooperation from the active theme and that unfortunately can't be expected from all themes so this is a full proof solution that works on all theme.

Cool. How do you set a user to "see the card"?

It's fixed to once-per-session and there's an option to set how many times in total he can view it (cookie based, 6m lifetime). Basically my idea was to show it only once to each visitor. There's also a direct access URL for the card that can always be opened without restrictions.

Sorry, that's not going to happen. This is a Christmas item. But an update is coming out tomorrow which will enable you to change the main card's image from the WP admin.

Hi I think for some visitors it is easier to click on the logo to continue on the website.

That can be done but the template has to be modified a bit.

Does it integrates with post/pages in a way that I edit the page content where it will get its text contents. Or custom fields perhaps? Would it be possible to insert variable so the greeting can be more personalized depending on name of logged in user? Something like...
